This is a plain-language summary of the terms covering this site and our services — not a substitute for a lawyer's review if you need something tailored to a specific high-stakes engagement.
Using this site
This website is informational and is how you learn about, request, and book services from ICE FIXIT L.L.C. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the only ask is that you don't use the site — no hard feelings.
Pricing and quotes
Prices listed on this site are accurate as of the last update and are starting points or ranges — your actual quote depends on the specifics of your situation and will always be confirmed with you before work begins. Same-day services (Same-Day Tech Rescue, Contractor Tech Reset) are priced as listed unless the scope turns out to be meaningfully different than described, in which case we'll tell you before doing anything further.
Engagements and scheduling
Booking a consultation or assessment doesn't obligate you to purchase any further service. Project work (cybersecurity reviews, automation builds, website design, etc.) is scoped and priced before work starts, and typically confirmed in writing.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do real, careful work — but we can't promise a specific result (e.g., "zero security incidents ever" or "X% time saved") for any engagement, since outcomes depend on factors outside our control too. We'll always be straightforward with you about what's realistic.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking or quoting. Specifics (deposits, milestones, etc.) for larger projects will be laid out before work begins.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to ICE FIXIT L.L.C. Deliverables we build for you as part of a paid engagement (a website, an automation, etc.) become yours under the terms agreed for that specific project.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ICE FIXIT L.L.C.'s liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
