What we collect

When you use a form on this site (booking a consultation or requesting support), we collect what you type in: name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about what's going on. If you book a time through our scheduling widget, our scheduling provider collects the appointment details you enter.

We don't run analytics or tracking scripts on this site. We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The only third-party services that see any of your information are the ones directly involved in responding to you — listed below.

Who we share it with

• Formspree — processes form submissions from this site so we can read and respond to them.
• Calendly — processes scheduling information if you book an appointment through the embedded calendar.
• Google Maps — the map embedded on our Service Area and Contact pages is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when that map loads, under Google's own privacy policy.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule an appointment, or deliver a service you've requested. That's it.

How long we keep it

We keep information from form submissions and bookings for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and maintain basic business records — not indefinitely, and not for marketing purposes you haven't agreed to.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Jay-I@icefixit.com and we'll handle it directly — no portal, no runaround.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
