ICE FIXIT was built by someone who has been on the losing end of broken technology, missing guidance, and systems that stopped working at the worst possible time. Not as a theoretical problem — as a real one, during real setbacks.
Medical problems. Housing instability. Business disruptions. Technology that failed when it mattered. Lost information. Processes that worked until they didn't. Each of those experiences created a sharper understanding of what it actually costs when the tools and systems a person depends on let them down.
What came out of that was a practical approach — not a sympathy pitch. The goal isn't to tell that story as a sales device. The goal is to use it to build better systems for other people who are dealing with the same kind of friction.
The technical foundation followed that: hands-on repair work first, then cybersecurity, then documentation and systems, then AI automation. Each layer built on direct experience with the layer before it — not on vendor certifications or abstract training. The work came before the credentials.
Founded by James Scott IV and registered as a New Jersey LLC based in Trenton, ICE FIXIT works with small businesses, contractors, consultants, real estate professionals, and independent professionals across Mercer County, Princeton, and the Philadelphia corridor — plus remote clients nationwide.
